Termite Treatment Cost Calculator

Last updated: October 30, 2026 · Prices checked October 30, 2026

This termite treatment estimator builds your range the way companies build quotes: published per-linear-foot rates against your foundation's perimeter, or per-square-foot rates for fumigation — then cross-checks against the national whole-home bands. Every workings line is printed under the estimate. No email, no lead sold, no obligation.

Your estimated range

$510 – $2,720

170 linear feet of foundation perimeter × $3–$16 per linear foot (Angi chemical termiticide rate).

Whole-home liquid treatments nationally run $500–$2,000 (HomeGuide) — your estimate should land near that band.

Estimate only, from published Angi and HomeGuide rates — not a quote. A licensed inspector measures your actual foundation and infestation before any real price exists.

How this estimator works

Liquid and bait quotes in the real world are priced from your foundation perimeter. The estimator derives that perimeter from your floor area and story count (a rectangular-footprint approximation), then applies Angi's published rates — $3–$16 per linear foot for chemical treatment, $8–$12 for bait — exactly as documented in our treatment cost guide. Fumigation mode uses Angi's $1–$4 per square foot. Region adjusts for the plain fact that termite pressure — and therefore demand and price — is highest across the Southeast, Gulf Coast, Florida, Hawaii and coastal California. Damage repair is deliberately excluded: treatment and repair are separate bills (repair averages about $3,000 when it's needed).

Frequently asked questions

Why does the estimator need my home's perimeter?+

Because that's what you're actually buying: a continuous treated zone around the foundation. Two homes with the same floor area but different shapes can have perimeters 30% apart — and quotes that differ by the same margin.

Is the estimate a quote?+

No. Species, foundation type, infestation extent and local labor all move the real number, and only a licensed inspection measures them. Use the estimate to judge whether a quote is in a sane range — and get two or three.

What if my estimate is far below a company's quote?+

Ask what the quote includes that the estimate doesn't: bait monitoring years, a bond, damage repair, concrete drilling, or a Formosan-grade combined treatment. Legitimate bundles exist — but they should be itemized, not mysterious.
